With most horse lovers the fever hits at
a very early age. It never lets up… in fact, the intensity only
increases with time. For me this is certainly the case. Being in
their presence has always given me a sense of peace.
Sculpture is the way I choose to
express my love of horses. Each piece is a challenge and a
pleasure to create. I love their sense of romance, power and
freedom. And it is this essence which I try to portray in my
sculpting. It is not the breed of the horse that is important to
me, it is the spirit of the horse.
I also love the casting process. I
have over 20 years of foundry experience, where I have learned
all the steps to carry my pieces from mold to patina.
